My name is Ryda. I am a Reiki healer and Special Education teacher. My purpose is to use Reiki as a beautiful way to transmute pain into power; guiding those who come across my path, closer towards their peace and power. I believe that every person is layered with endless potential. Reiki helps us find the love within ourselves in order to move forward and create the life we want.

Calm Roots was created from the belief that healing does not have to feel clinical, rushed, or overwhelming.

We believe true healing happens when we are both rooted and able to flow.

Roots represent grounding, stability, safety, home, and balance. Flow represents release, intuition, movement, softness, and trust.

Calm Roots is the meeting place between the two.

It is a warm, welcoming space to pause, breathe, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
